BHI have always offered our clients complete support services for all of the products we sell, we are your one-stop destination for all your fluid power needs. Since our early beginnings we have offered our custom hose making and tube bending / fabrications, and over time, we have expanded to add a full service centre for all of your repair and design needs.
We offer complete component overhaul for both hydraulic and pneumatic items and we 100% test all repairs before they leave the facility. BHI has a well equipped machine shop to support our cylinder and custom product service offerings. We can reverse engineer any replacement cylinder product that is required from rods, pistons, barrels e.t.c. We also will manufacture custom cylinders designed for the client using the leading 3D design software. BHI has two facilities equipped for this special service, the prototyping and small batch department and the high volume dedicated factory with automated saws, CNC and a production paint centre for our OEM clients.
Our clients also rely on our ability to solve on-site fluid power problems, and through our outside service technicians we build relationships with our clients to keep their machines up and running. Preventative maintenance, oil sampling, filtration services are some of the planned services we offer on-site to further assist our clients. Our outside customer support agents can prepare, set-up, and managed inventory and hose crimping programs to keep your factory supported with the breakdown products you need.
Our design department can assist in the professional application of fluid power to machine design and automation. Fields that we have designed systems for range from industrial, mining, agriculture, marine, raw metals, pharmaceutical e.t.c.
BHI’s outside service team, offers field installation services and commissioning as part of our complete customer support service.
BHI has the technical expertise to repair, replace, design, manufacture and install.
